SAFFRON-COLORED RICE

Material:
1. 1500 ml of water
2. 150 grams of brown sugar
3. 125 grams of kencur
4. 50 grams of white rice 5. 5 tablespoons of sugar
6. 5 cm ginger 7. 1/2 tablespoon of tamarind

How to Make Kencur Rice Herb:
1. Wash rice thoroughly, then soak in water for 1 hour. After that set aside.
2. Boil tamarind, sugar, brown sugar and ginger with water until it boils. After that, wait until it's a bit cold and strain the water. Set aside.
3. Wash kencur that is still fresh, then peel the skin and cut into pieces.
4. Drain the rice soaked water that has been soaked earlier. Blend rice, kencur, and sugar cooking water until smooth.
5. Strain kencur rice herbal medicine. Then squeeze the blender pulp until it is completely dry.

6. Serve kencur rice with ice cubes or store it first in the refrigerator.
